Wow...a lot of motion in this work, alright. And it is gorgeous in that sense, as well. The setting also helps plenty, and the sparkling water on the side gives that impression of being incredibly fast over the water, especially along with the waves that are coming up against the subject craft.

Great stuff. Really impressive - particularly the sense of movement and choice of colors. Reminds me a little of the ship from Battle of the Planets (remember that?).

I think your pic works so well because you've used lots of bright primary colors. Too much digtal art looks desaturated and murky.

And Alex Ross is a big fan of Battle of the Planets and has painted some great pieces. So if you're nostalgic for the 80s you're in good company!
